We have techs on call to respond on site in any emergency within 1 hour of receiving your phone call. Just click on the 24/7 support button and follow the instructions.

We like the last tech that came out and helped us. How do we get him to service our account?
Just ask for him by name and we will assign him to your account. That way he comes whenever you need him.

Do you repair PCs in your store for less than what a service call would cost?
Yes. The hourly rate is about 33% cheaper for in-shop repairs. Just call us and we'll give you the location to drop off your computer or we'll come and pick it up!

Do you repair printers?
Yes. However, for standard household printers we find that the cost of the repair is often more than the cost of a new printer. For business class printers it is much more cost effective to repair them.
